Proposal Raiding days/hours

Hey guild Im writing since nanduix approved my idea to launch a weekly organized raid timing, know this that this is not a strict timing, it can be arranged as long as you post your feedback and tell us what is the best suitable raiding time for you. We are doing this just to get the idea about raiding times and find a suitable timing for everyone in the guild.

Monday:
- 3:00pm - Naxxramas (25man);
- 9:00pm - Obsidian Sanctum (25man);
- 11:00pm - Ulduar (10man);

Tuesday:
- 3:00pm - Ulduar (10man);
- 9:00pm - Naxxramas (25man);
- 11:00pm - Obsidian Sanctum (25man);

Wednesday:
- 3:00pm - Obsidian Sanctum (25man);
- 9:00pm - Ulduar (10man);
- 11:00pm - Naxxramas (25man);

Etc etc etc....I'll finish this as soon as I get some more free time. Feel free to post your feedback and now again that those are proposal times and arrangements. So please post feedback so we can know your suitable time.

This seems like a really good idea, but a suggestion is to schedule the raids along with a raid leader for that time, else people will start randomly inviting just because they saw there was a graid at that time and someone must start it. Then when they are ready they will realize no one wants to lead, or problems like those. So getting a set person to lead at that time will help organize the schedule and the realization of the raids.

PS. When making the schedule be sure to say if it is server time or GMT time or what time, cause just saying 5.00pm is very different from someone from Honduras than to someone in India or from Croatia or from anywhere else

Yes yes...i understand we have to put server time as on server...and when i was writing the times i thought of server time.
And about the leader true, i forgot that this could be a problem!
