Guild raids and Initiate Rank Members

Me, administrators and officers have came to the decision that since some new guildies that are iniciate come to guild, DEMAND for Graid, then graid is made, then they assist, roll for all they need (some even ninja), then leave the guild when they have what they need or some of them stay and no longer help, we´ve decided that Initiates dont have no more 25man Graiding rights. They can only assist to them when they are promoted to apprentice riders (depending on they´re activity on guild). Still Initiates will have access for 10 normal raids and dungeons. This way we make guildies become more acive and social on guild.

Not a bad idea, as long as there are plenty of 10 mans so they can get the gear they need b4 they go to Naxx.

It will be better Nandiux if u are not the one and only who promote , becasue we are in a different time zone and i am still wait u to promote me evne i am here from Month + but since a week i play more active , because (like i said in my promotion app) my semester already ends up and i have more time to play

P.S. All officer Demise riders etc, tells me that i must wait U for promote, that not so suitable :}

High Officers can promote too, but I rarely seen initates participate too much so far. Looking for some.

Aright its also nice to see people ruining it for others i for one have been in this guild for 3 weeks or so sorry but i goto school and work full time and only get like 2 hours a night to play this game i dont have time to help assist in raids and not roll on anything i've never ninjad any run and well pritty much what im saying is im a initiate or w/e it is with 25k hps i get geared Faster then doing none graids so if this is how its ganna be please let me know and i'll move on Thanks

Sometimes we have initates in heroics, but generally - if you want to do heroics and gear fast = get yourself promoted. I'm not the one to tell, because everyone has school, work, real life stuff and etc, but this doesn't make us gear you, cuz you're only 2 hours online. Sorry you have alot of school, but that's for the better and I wish you luck in life ;].

k Ive personally gave orders to Not to promote anyone if they are not registered on forums, now that u are and u have 3 weeks in guild then u are getting promoted. I repeat and remind everyone that u need first to register on forums, once i go in im always spamming every 10 minutes to register for promotions, before posting u werent registered so thats why u didnt have ur promotion..... Now if u see any officer or myself ask for promotion and it will be granted just say ´´ I have 3 weeks in guild and registered on forums, can I get promotion pliz´´ and it should be given... thx
